ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The world is changing, and organizations that will thrive will withstand unexpected challenges better. Leading the Resilient Organization is perfect for corporate, non-profit, education, and government leaders who are struggling with the effects of rapidly changing rules and norms of work: high turnover, low employee engagement, low customer satisfaction, top talent leaving for competitors, and difficulty attracting and retaining diverse talent.

Leading the Resilient Organization helps leaders build strong organizations that can withstand unexpected challenges. A new model for organizational resilience will provide a framework leaders can use to strategically move their teams and organizations into an unclear future with courage and confidence.

Participants will learn which behaviors matter most in leadership roles — behaviors that create a culture of engagement, innovation, and inclusion — and discover which ones they already use and which ones they need to boost in order to become more effective.

Participants will also have access to a community of peers to share workplace challenges, get feedback, and celebrate successes.

Content, connection, community: this course delivers what you need to effectively create and lead a resilient organization.

This program includes four 90-minute live instruction sessions delivered via Zoom. Students will access course materials (articles, worksheets, etc.) using an online platform. The course is non-credit and not graded. Sign up for one of our upcoming cohorts!
