June 14, 6:00-8:30pm Face to Face: Course Introduction, Introduction to Stress, Introduction to Mindfulness, Mindfulness Exercise I (2.5 hours, 10 mins break, Assignment I - 0.5 hours) 

 

June 21, Asynchronous with optional Q&A check-in session: Check In, Review, and Mindfulness Exercise II (1 hour) 

 

June 28, 6:00-8:30pm Face to Face: Discovering Your Inner Creativity to Lean In and Lead Out, Mindfulness Exercise V (2.5 hours, 10 mins break, Assignment II - 0.5 hours) 

 

July 5, Asynchronous with optional Q&A check-in session: Mindfulness Exercise III and IV, Course Written Reflections (1 hour) 

 

July 12, 6:00-8:30pm Face to Face: Course Showcase and Celebration (1.5 - 2 hours, 10 mins break)
