Regular and Substantive Interaction - Coming Soon

The final Distance Education and Innovation regulations went into effect on July 1, 2021. Now that Regular and Substantive Interaction (RSI) has been more formally defined by the US Department of Education, we need to know how to implement it in our online and technology-mediated offerings.

In this course, we will examine in detail why RSI is central to online teaching and learning. You'll discover concrete ways to apply the brain science of neuroplasticity—memory, practice, consolidation, learning transfer, and Universal Design for Learning—to create interactions that help online learners to succeed.
